This research strand examines the spatiotemporal behavior of climate variables and their effects on terrestrial systems — including vegetation dynamics, land surface temperature, hydrological cycles, and water body monitoring. I use satellite remote sensing and machine learning to reconstruct historical environmental states and detect long-term trends across ecologically sensitive regions such as the Athabasca River Basin.
